Troy, met with this Jefferson, Iowa homeowner to discuss the possibilities of a 3- Season Sunroom. The previous deck was worn out and the footings were sunk and caused heaving in the winter. Troy sat down with her, asked her how she wanted to use the room and listened. She had heard of 3 and 4 season sunrooms and wanted to know the difference. Troy designed the 12 X 12 Room, laid out the door and stairs, and presented the price of an All-Season Sunroom and a 3 - Season Sunroom. She chose an Oasis All Season Sunroom.
