Luther, Iowa homeowners finish off their Replacement Window Project with Midwest Construction.

No it didn’t take Midwest Construction 3 years to install EcoSmart Vinyl Replacement Windows!

Midwest Construction worked with these retired homeowners and installed a few windows a year until the project was finished.

The home was built in the 1920’s. The home’s exterior was remodeled in the 1970’s with steel siding. In the late 1990’s, the homeowners replaced all of their windows. The windows had some issues and the company they bought them from would not service what they sold and eventually they went out of business.

In 2020, the home was in need of new windows, again!

This couple stopped into the Grimes, Iowa showroom and looked at our full size Double Hung display. Paul Despenas explained the window and worked with this couple in the showroom. An appointment was scheduled for Paul to stop by and measure up the windows.

Paul sat down with these homeowners, listened to their needs and past experiences, measured the project, gave them an exact cost and options and followed up with a phone call a week later liked they asked.

10 weeks later, Midwest Construction’s window crew installed 4 EcoSmart Custom Built Replacement Windows with Earth tone Exterior and Rosewood Interior.

3 years later and all new ENERGY EFFCIENT WINDOWS!
