The home was built in 1982. The builder installed wood fiber siding and builders grade windows. The windows were replaced many years ago. The seals failed in the insulated glass and the company who installed them went out of business many years ago and had no way to service them.

Bobby carefully inspected, measured the exterior of the home, and all of the window openings for exact pricing. Midwest Construction's crew removed the wood fiber siding and hauled it away. Some exterior sheeting was replaced as the wood fiber siding failed and allowed water to penetrate and damaged the sheeting. All exterior walls were covered with House Wrap. All openings were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock and all openings taped off with Proteco Wrap to prevent any water or wind infiltration. Insulated Vinyl was installed. The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured.
