The home was built in 1999 and the builder’s grade windows and the wood fiber siding both failed. The windows lost their hermitic seal, the gas leaked out and the sealed unit had moisture in between the glass. The wood fiber siding was compromised and water and snow build up created some soft and rotten spots that needed attention.

Once the crew removed the wood fiber siding, they had to replace some soft and rotten sheeting. All of the outer walls of the home and attached garage were wrapped with Grip-Tite House Wrap. All window and door openings have been taped off with Protecto Wrap. The house wrap and window/door tape are designed to prevent wind and water infiltration.

Soffits and fascia's were covered with maintenance free Double 5 Hidden Ridge Vinyl Soffit with custom bent aluminum fascia.

6 7/8 Seaside Blue Everlast Advanced Composite Siding was installed with all of the factory approved accessories. The jobsite was cleaned up daily and all tools secured, and completed in a timely professional manner
