The home was built in 2004 and the windows had already worn out, 15 years old and these homeowners needed new windows.

Nick Westphal, Senior Exterior Design Consultant met with this Story City couple at the Ames Home Show. Nick scheduled an appointment with the homeowners at the booth and met them at the scheduled time. Nick measured the windows up, went over the sample window, answered all of their questions and left them with an exact cost. A couple of days later they invited Nick back to order EcoSmart Windows.
