These homeowners purchased soffit and fascia from a different company, their crew installed the soffit and fascia incorrectly. (See Photo) Soffit was not installed correctly - Soffit needs to be set into a soffit channel that

is nailed into the back wall of the home and nailed onto the outside of the fascia board.

Midwest Construction had to make corrections!

Midwest Construction crew removed the existing Masonite siding. All of the outer walls of the home have been covered with house wrap. An extra layer of insulation was installed over the house wrap. Pro-Fold added an extra R-2 to the exterior walls. With the new siding, housewrap and ProFold the exterior wall added and R-7 to this home. All window and door openings covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock with a brick mold pattern. All openings have been taped off with window and door sealant tape to prevent any water and or air infiltration.
