The existing deck was removed and hauled away. Techno Metal Post Frost Footings were installed to support the weight of the floor, walls, roof and snow load.

The Crystal Coat Insulated Roof System was shingled to match the existing roof.


The back wall was trimmed out with re-claimed wood. An EcoSmart 6 foot patio door was installed on the house wall to make easy access to their Oasis All Season Sunroom.


The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured.
