Troy inspected all of the outer walls and found some problem areas that would need to be taken care of before any siding could be installed.

Midwest Construction's crew removed the old vinyl siding from the walls and had it hauled away. After tearing off the old siding some water damage was found and Midwest Construction needed to take action to repair the issues. The crew rebuilt sill plate, insulated walls and sheeted. All walls covered with house wrap.

All windows, doors and patio door have been replaced with EcoSmart Windows and Patio Door.

All openings tapped off with window & door tape to prevent any water and or air infiltration. The crew did a great job maintaining the curved top. All soffit and fascia's have been covered and American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding was installed.

The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured until the project was completed.
