Oasis Model 2600 All Season Sunrooms
Midwest Construction installed a Gabled Oasis All Season Sunroom for Pella, Iowa homeowners.
Midwest Construction’s crew removed part of the deck to receive the 16 X 12 Sunroom.
An Oasis Therma-Deck was installed to keep the floor cool in the summer and warm in the winter, The Thera-Deck adds stability to the entire sunroom walls and roof.
Model 2600 were walls installed on top of the Therma-Deck. Oasis Sunroom have hidden fasteners for a clean look.
The Climate Master Roof was saddled into the existing roof line, and finished off with matching shingles.
The job site was cleaned up daily, all tools secured to make this project a seamless installation. Oasis All Season Sunrooms are the perfect fit for all of Iowa's seasons!
Truly a room you can use 365 days a year.
