Pella Iowa homeowners hire Midwest Construction to build an Oasis All Season Sunroom

The home was built in 1997 and the home owners had a new cement patio installed on the back of the home and enjoyed that for a couple of years. They wanted to spend more time outdoors but wanted to avoid the heat/humidity and bugs.

The search was on for some sort of enclosure; they didn’t want to do a room addition and try to make it look like a sunroom so they googled sun room and Midwest Construction along with other companies came up. They look at all of the information and made some calls to get estimates.

Lee Sykes of Midwest Construction made the initial visit with these homeowners gave them all of the information they needed on the room and installation procedures. Lee left them with an exact cost. Lee made a follow up call with the homeowners like they asked him to do and they invited him back out to write up the work order and get the products ordered.

Midwest Construction had Techno Metal Posts drilled into the ground as frost footings. Oasis patented Therma Deck was installed to provide a strong engineered floor system. The floor system will hold the weight of the room and snow load, and most important, keep the room warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
