Des Moines, Iowa Homeowners hire Midwest Construction to build Oasis All Season Sunroom Room for their Swim Spa.

The home was built in 2001 and had a perfect spot for a swim spa, but these Des Moines, Iowa homeowners wanted to use the spa comfortable even in the winter. So they looked at different ways to cover the spa and the best idea was a sunroom.

Alex Higgins, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction met these Des Moines, Iowa Homeowners to discuss the possibilities of room for their swim spa. Alex made some measurements, confirmed the swim spa size and went to working designing their room. Alex gave them an exact cost for the project, answered all of their questions on the installation. Since they had other companies coming out to bid the project the homeowners wanted Alex to follow up in a week. A week later, Alex followed up and booked their sunroom project.
