The home was built in the 1920’s, the porch built on some years later. In the 1960’s the homeowners closed in the porch with storm door panels and converted the open porch to a 3-season porch. They loved the porch but it was only good for a few months of the year and they wanted the ability to use it all year long. Something where they could control the heat and cooling and spend as much time out there as possible.

Oasis Sunrooms manufactured by Joyce Manufacturing offers a walls only system to fill in those open porches/patios. They make perfect sense if you want to gain more living area and enjoy the outdoors from the indoors. Stay nice and comfortable no matter what the season!

Midwest Construction’s crews removed the existing storm doors and hauled them away. The crews then installed Oasis All Season Sunroom Walls and Door under the existing porch roof line. The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured. When the crew was finished, they cleaned up and hauled away all of the construction debris. All of our crews are insured for your peace of mind and comfort.
