Homeowners hire Midwest Construction to install American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding.

The home had been re-sided back in the late 1990’s with white 8 inch vinyl siding. The homeowners had the vinyl siding painted a dark color. The siding always had buckles and waves in it but when the dark colored paint was added it really went crazy.

Midwest Constructions crew removed the old vinyl siding, removed the old Masonite siding, and the old screened in porch and hauled it all away.

The exterior walls of the home and attached garage were covered with Grip-Tite house wrap and all windows and doors were taped off with Greengard protective tape. Both products are engineered and designed to prevent any water and or air infiltration.

All window and door casing were removed and Midwest Construction’s crew installed 1x6 wood casings around the perimeter of the openings. All openings were covered with a maintenance free PVC aluminum coil stock. All of the soffit and fascia were covered to give the home a fresh painted look.

Last but not least, American Classic Insulated Siding was installed.
