Hampton, Iowa homeowner hires Midwest Construction to install new vinyl siding.

The home was built in 1979 and the siding installed was Masonite Brand Siding. After maintaining the product every other year this homeowner was ready for new siding so he could throw away his paint brushes.

Nick Westphal, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction met with this homeowner to discuss new siding and windows. Nick made the proper window measurements and inspected and measured the exterior walls to price out new siding and insulation.

Removed existing siding and hauled away

Inspected all exterior walls for soft or rotten sheeting and replaced - All exterior walls were wrapped and all window/doors taped off to prevent any water and or air infiltration.

Inspected all window sills, casings and door casings for soft of rotten wood and replaced.

All windows and door openings were covered with custom bent PVC covered aluminum coil stock with a Brick Mold Pattern

All soffit was covered with vinyl soffit and all fascia boards were covered with custom bent PVC covered aluminum coil stock with VSI certified Hems and pattern rolled into it to prevent wavy fascia.

Progressive Foam Pro Fold was installed to all exterior walls to provide more insulation.
