Pro-Via Legacy Steel Insulated Door System Install for Grinnell, Iowa Homeowners!

These Grinnell, Iowa homeowners stopped by our 2019 Iowa State Fair Booth to discuss new windows and entry door.

Troy Deaton, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction, greeted them as they walked into the booth. These homeowners were very familiar with Midwest Construction as they have seen our booth for as long as they can remember. They have also seen our TV commercials and hear our radio spots with Van Hardin on WHO-1040 Radio.

Troy answered all of their questions and they invited Troy out for some options and pricing. Troy measured up the window and door openings and answered all of their questions on the products and installation. The homeowners let Troy know they would be making a decision in the spring and asked Troy to  follow up with them in middle to late February. Troy followed up like he was asked to and the homeowners let Troy know they had received other bids and Midwest Construction was almost 20% higher than the other bids and felt that Midwest Construction was the better value.

Midwest Construction installed a ProVia Legacy Steel Insulated Door with sidelights with combination ProVia Storm Door and 9 EcoSmart Windows. The job was installed on April 15th, All construction debris was cleaned up and hauled away.
