A great quality window installation is just as important as the quality of window you purchase. It all starts with proper/accurate measurements. The measurements will be properly calculated to allow for a good fit with enough tolerance to plum and square the new window into the opening.

Your new EcoSmart windows are custom made/manufactured for your home. Before leaving Great Lake Windows state of the art manufacturing facility your new windows are inspected to insure complete satisfaction. All of the units that leave the plant have NRFC labels attached so you can verify the performance of your new windows.

Your new EcoSmart windows are shipped directly from the factory to our Showrooms/Warehouse Facility. The windows are unloaded, inspected and checked in by the production department.

Your new EcoSmart windows are installed: You will receive a call from our window production manager to schedule your installation date. He will answer all of your questions and expedite your crew to install your new windows. Your windows will be installed in a timely professional manner by our well trained and certified window crews. They will use the latest in water and air infiltration techniques to ensure your windows will be energy efficient.

Any final adjustments will be made to your new windows for proper operation. Your crew will clean up and haul away all of their construction debris, explain how to operate and clean your new windows. You will be presented with a customer satisfaction survey to assure that we have met all of your contract specifications.

Your warranty information will be mailed out after our crew turns in the final payment and customer satisfaction survey.
