Bevington, Iowa Homeowners, AGAIN, hired Midwest Construction. This time to install American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding and Great Lakes Windows.

In 1997, Troy Deaton, first met the couple when they were looking to add an All Season sunroom and composite deck to their home.

Then again, 9 years later they contacted Troy Deaton and Midwest Construction, to add an additional Sunroom on their home to create a breezeway between the house and the new shop they had constructed.

And Once again, 22 years later after the first project with Midwest Construction, they are looking for Troy at the 2019 Iowa State Fair with another project needing done and they seek out Midwest and Troy. This time to install new windows and siding on their income property they purchased in Bevington next to their current home.

The home was built in 1965. The house full of Great Lakes Windows, were installed first and then the siding process followed. The original wood siding and steel siding were removed and hauled away. Once the layers of siding were off the walls, Midwest Constructions crew inspected the exterior sheeting and replaced any soft or rotten wood. All of the fascia and soffit boards, window sills, casings and door casings were checked for soft or rotten wood and replaced as needed.

All of the exterior walls of the home were wrapped with house wrap and all windows and doors were sealed off with vapor seal tape. All of these products are designed to stop air and water infiltration, to protect your home and conserve energy.

The window and door openings were PVC coil capped and soffit and fascia were covered with American Classic Hidden ridge soffit system.

Insulated corner post, steel starter strips were installed over the house wrap and let the American Classic Insulated Siding begin!
