The home was built in 1999 and the windows were just worn out and it was time to replace them.

These homeowners did a Google search and ended up on Midwest Construction’s website, booked an appointment. The homeowners were familiar with Midwest Construction as they have seen us for many years at the home shows, Iowa State Fair, TV commercials and from Van and Bonnie on the radio.

Since EcoSmart Windows are custom built to fit into the existing opening, it was no problem using the existing interior and exterior trim. The new windows and door will save this home energy 12 months a year.

The crew had to set up special scaffolding to get the units up to the 2^nd story.
