These West Des Moines, Iowa homeowners hired Midwest Construction in 2017 to build an Oasis All Season Sunroom on their 2nd story deck.

In 2019 they contacted Midwest Construction again to discuss the possibility of building another sunroom.

Troy Deaton was issued the appointment and met with his previous customer. He found out they wanted to build a 2nd room underneath their Oasis All Season Sunroom.

After making some measurements, speaking with the factory engineer, he came up with a design and put the wheels into motion.

Here is what happens after your room is ordered:

·  The order is reviewed by the production department

·  Permits and sunroom engineering are submitted to city and variance is confirmed

·  Sunroom walls and components are ordered from the factory

·  All other materials to build the sunroom are ordered and held until the construction process

·  Midwest Construction receives an email conformation on production date and estimated shipping date.

Midwest Construction receives a truck delivery from the factory and holds this room in our warehouse.The homeowners are called and informed all materials are in and your job is next to build. (Usually a 1 to 2 weeks out)

·  Locates are ordered for footings

·  Helical piers/piles company installs Techno Metal Post footings and are inspected by city officials

·  Sunroom, sunroom components, and other building materials are delivered

·  Crew is issued to the project and on the job until it is complete

·  All construction debris is hauled away

An average size (12x16) Oasis All Season takes 7-10 days to build, including electrical.
