American Classic Insulated Siding installed for West Des Moines, Iowa homeowners.

Midwest Construction finished up a project in a West Des Moines, Iowa neighborhood.

The home was built in the late 1980’s and the siding needed to be replaced. The home was well maintained but the wood fiber siding had just worn out.

Troy Deaton met with these homeowners and discussed siding options, the homeowners also were interested in getting the most R-Vale on the outside wall as they could get.

Troy made some suggestions on some insulation underlayment’s made by Progressive Foam Products. Troy suggested to remove the existing siding on the home and attached garage. All of the outer walls of the home were wrapped with house wrap, windows and door openings sealed with protective tape.
