Midwest Construction’s Grimes, Iowa office/showroom received a call from this previous customer inquiring about some new windows and siding for their home.

Lee Sykes, the previous Exterior Design Consultant worked with this couple, in the past and was issued this appointment. Lee met with his previous customers and went to work inspecting, and measuring all of the walls for new siding and insulation. Lee noticed the windows that sat above the brick had some rotten sills and casings.

Lee went over all of the siding & insulation options, and colors. He explained how all of the materials would be applied, including the soffit and fascia system. Lee also brought in an actual EcoSmart window sample, went over the features of the window, and went over the installation details.
