In the fall of 2018 Troy Deaton met with a few members of the River Valley Condominium Association to discuss the siding project these town home owners were about to undertake.

The property was built in 1995. The original siding installed was Double 4-Steel Siding. The finish on the steel siding started to peel within a few years of installation. The association called the builder who referred them to the manufacturer. You can see how far that got them.

Troy met with the board members. They took a walk around the property to point out some areas of question. Troy left some samples with the members and measured each and every wall of this project for siding, soffit and fascia.

Troy went over all of the options Midwest Construction had for siding and underlayment and submitted his Exact Cost to the association. A couple of weeks later, Troy followed up with the association and they invited Troy back to answer a few more questions on the material and installation.

Midwest Construction’s crew removed the existing steel siding, old house wrap, aluminum soffit & fascia and gutters & downspouts.

All of the outer walls were inspected for soft or rotten spots and repaired.

Midwest Construction then installed on all outer walls of the condo a water and air management system: House wrap, window and door tape to prevent water and or air infiltration.

Lastly, Midwest Construction installed American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding System including covering the existing soffit and fascia and new seamless gutters & downspouts.
