Nick Westphal, 15 year veteran, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction met with these Mason City, Iowa homeowners to discuss vinyl siding installation for their home. The existing siding had been maintained regularly but it got to the point it wouldn’t hold paint and then started to deteriorate.
Since these homeowners purchased replacement windows in 2015 from Nick and Midwest Construction, they picked up the phone and scheduled a time for Nick to stop out, measure up the project and look for any potential problems like soft or rotten wood.
After inspecting, Nick did find some spots that needed attention. The lower back wall of the storage shed needed to new sheeting as well.
