Lee, sat down with the homeowners to see exactly what they wanted and needed to have an energy efficient and maintenance free home.

These homeowners purchased EcoSmart Replacement Windows and American Classic Insulated Siding for their home.

Midwest Construction's window & siding crew removed the existing siding on the home and hauled it away. Once the siding was off the walls, our crew had the opportunity to inspect the original sheeting for any soft or rotten spots. Those were immediately replaced with new material. The house was wrapped with BreatheEZ House wrap and all seams taped. An additional layer of Progressive Foam Pro-Fold was installed over the house wrap to increase the insulation value.

The EcoSmart windows were custom built to fit into the existing: jambs, headers, sills, and interior casings. All of the openings were inspected for soft or rotten wood and replaced  where needed with new lumber. All of the new windows had additional insulation installed to prevent any water or air infiltration.
