2017 Exterior Home Makeover Winner's prize installed – American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding-Covered Fascia and installed new seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts

Midwest Construction announced their 2017 Exterior Home Makeover Winner in December of 2017 and our crews installed the prize in March.

Midwest Construction has been running their Exterior Home Makeover Contest since 1985. We love the opportunity to give away energy efficient products to beautify the exterior of homes. Our manufacturers have been very supportive with supplying the products so Midwest Construction can install them and have the opportunity to help out a homeowner every year.

Midwest Construction’s siding crew removed the old faded steel siding from the gables of the home along with existing gutters and downspouts and disposed of the old material. The walls were covered with Breath-EZ house wrap and they installed Green Guard window tape. Both products will prevent any water and air infiltration.

Flashing was installed along all of the roof lines that received new siding to insure this home will not have any leaks.

Midwest Construction crews installed American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding to all of the gables of the home. They covered all of the fascias on the home with custom bent aluminum PVC coil stock and supplied and installed new seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts to carry the water out of the gutters faster. The winner has a maintenance free exterior!
