Matt Kloberdanz, Design Consultant with Midwest Construction’s Grimes, Iowa location, met up with these homeowners to discuss the possibility of installing a gabled sunroom on their home.

The homeowners have stopped into our booth at the Iowa State Fair on numerous occasions. They liked our Oasis All Season Sunroom Display, manufactured by Joyce Manufacturing, Brea, Ohio. Well the Oasis All Season Sunroom Brochures States “Imagine the Possibilities” and that’s what Matt and the homeowners did. Matt spent some time asking them how they intended on using the room and they all came up with a 16 X 12 All Season Gabled Design.

The Oasis Sunroom Roof System gives our crews the ability to actually saddle the sunroom roof into the existing roof lines and is shingled to match the existing roof.

As you can see in the photos, the room was elevated in the air and attached to an existing deck. The new sunroom sits on an Insul-Deck providing a structurally sound floor system with up to R-32 insulation to keep your room cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.



The space under the deck was utilized for storage and the old deck received an all new updated deck railing
