Matt made the trip to Collins and discussed the options with these homeowners.

The home is masonry; the windows had been replaced some years ago with a standard size windows and then patched in on the outside with siding and sheet rocked and re-trimmed on the inside. When it came time to build the windows, we had to go off of the inside measurements to keep the interior the same.
