Senior Design Consultant with 27 years of serving homeowners in the Des Moines and Central, Iowa, worked with this homeowner since 2010. After Midwest Construction installed the EcoSmart Patio Door, Troy would have a customer for life. This homeowner liked the fact Troy would just price out the Patio Door when all of the other window companies pushed this homeowner get a price on all of the windows. After the patio door was installed, Troy contacted the homeowner and she loved the work we did for her.

2011, the homeowner contacted the Midwest Construction office in Grimes (Des Moines), Iowa, informing our office manager she wanted Troy back out to price out some new windows. The job was installed and another happy customer.

2017, the house was ready for siding, Troy met with her, explained the difference between regular hollow back vinyl siding and American Classic Insulated Siding, colors were picked and 6 weeks later a Brand New House at the Same Old Address.

Midwest Construction prepared the home for new siding by, covering all of the outer walls of the home with House Wrap, installed window and door tape around all openings to prevent any water or air infiltration, applied VSI Certified J-Channeling around all openings and installed all matching accessories such as: starter strips, Insulated corner post, finish trims, light blocks, faucet blocks, and mini mounts.

The eaves and over hangs were covered with American Classic vinyl soffit with custom bent aluminum PVC coil stock with VSI Certified Brake buddy pattern and hemmed coil stock to prevent any waves in the fascia. American Classic Double – 4 Granite Gray Insulated Vinyl siding was installed with one course of Double – 4 white into Double – 4 Steel Blue to top off the gables.

The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured. The job took 4 days with 3 crew members.
