Homeowners from Granger, Iowa met with Troy Deaton, Senior Sunroom Design Consultant with Midwest Construction to discuss ideas to cover their deck so they could actually use it.

In some cases decks can be wasted spaces if they are not comfortable to use, too hot, too windy, too many bugs and inclement weather.

Troy spent some time asking questions on how they wanted to use the room and what was the end goal for this project? The end goal was to have a space to use 365 days a year if they wanted.

Troy came up with a design, explained the process of building the room, the time line and what to expect during the whole process. After the final design process and paperwork the room was built within the timeline and here are some photos of the finished product.
