When the homes were built in 1995, the windows installed were Pella Pro-Line. Within a few years of moving into their new homes homeowners noticed some issues with the Pella Pro-Line windows that were installed by the home builder.

The windows were oozing black gooey stuff out of the master and sash frames. The window cladding was pulling off of the wood. These ultimately caused the windows to rot from the inside out.

These were not the only homeowners with this problem. It was happening all over the United States. Eventually there was a class Acton lawsuit on the Pella-Pro-line Windows. Pella stood behind the windows by offering new windows and a discounted installation price.

Midwest Construction installed EcoSmart Custom Built Replacement windows and the homeowner love them!

Midwest Construction removed the existing windows, replaced the rotten wood. Then the complete opening was insulated with fiberglass and sealed with silicone sealants.
