"I received a phone call at our Grimes (Des Moines), Iowa Showroom/Warehouse from a homeowner located in Indianola, a community just south of Des Moines.

She explained and her husband had purchased an Oasis All Season Sunroom after attending our 56th Annual Spring Open House. She also explained that when they purchased, we were in a time crunch, she wanted this done before her daughter's high school graduation party.

Since our sunrooms are custom manufactured at the Joyce manufacturing facility in Brea, Ohio and our lead time was 6-8 weeks from date of contract to installation, we had to make sure we could make the deadline.

The Sales Reps explained to the production department the issues and concerns not only on the time frame but on the actual installation itself. Production took over and with site plans, building permits and ordering the room so it could be installed in time.

The crew Tony, Mike, and Anthony went to work diligently through all that Iowa's weather could bring them and completed the project.

In our conversation, she said she couldn't be happier the job was done in time for her daughter's high school graduation and the 180 or so people who attended the function loved the new All Season Sunroom.

The Oasis All Season Sunroom was installed under an existing roof. The old brick walls and existing concrete was removed. Midwest Construction's crews installed a thermally engineered insulated floor system with frost footings per Iowa codes to ensure the homeowner's comfort from the insulated floor systems.

After:

Midwest Construction supplied and installed Oasis Model 2600 Sunroom walls with Cardinal LoE 366 Glass with Argon Gas to keep the sunrays out during the summer and letting the sun heat your room in the winter."
