It was time to replace windows. Some of the sills and casings on the exterior were starting to rot and the rest wouldn’t hold paint anymore. Not to mention the windows let in cold air, frosted up in the winter, melted and stained the interior woodwork and had 8 panes of glass to clean.

All of the openings were inspected for soft or rotten sills and casings and replaced if and where needed.


Every EcoSmart window is truly custom made for each opening and that gives us enough room to actually install a layer of fiberglass insulation around your new window and existing headers, jambs, sills and interior casings and apply and bead of silicone sealant to prevent any water or air infiltration.

All of the exterior sills and casing were covered with custom bent aluminum PVC coil stock in a brick mold casing pattern.

The jobs site was cleaned up daily and all construction debris hauled away.
