Mason City/Grimes, Iowa – Midwest Construction recently awarded 1 Lucky Homeowner with their prize. The Exterior Home Makeover consisted of 3 prizes available to homeowners who registered for our Giveaway. This year’s winner is Pat Williams Family from Windsor Heights, Iowa. Pat signed up on our website through our MWC VIP Club that offers monthly prizes and also gets you entered into our yearlong Exterior Home Makeover Windows, Siding or Sunroom Give-Away. Pat chose on his entry card, a sunroom as their prize choice.

Pat and his family will have the original screened in porch enclosed with Oasis All Season Sunroom Walls. Midwest Construction will also supply and install a trim package around the existing porch to cover up all of the wood on the overhang to give this home a brand new look at the same old address.
