All window sills and casings on the exterior were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock. The installers at Midwest Construction have a tool called a brake buddy. The brake buddy allows our installers to first bend the coil in a ninety degree bend, then we use our brake buddy roller to roll form the metal coil stock to look like real wood brick mold trim.

All of the new windows had fiberglass insulation between the old window jamb and new window along with sealants to insure no water or air infiltration.
