Midwest Construction’s crews removed the old Masonite siding from the home and hauled it away for the homeowners. After the tear off, the crews inspected all of the out walls for soft or rotten sheeting and replaced if and where needed. Our crews also inspected all of the window sills, casings and door casings, and all soffit and fascia on the home for soft or rotten wood and replaced if and where needed with new lumber.

House wrap. The next step was to install around all window and door openings a weather proof tape to prevent water and air infiltration around the openings.

Our crews covered all of the window sills and casing and door casing with custom bent PVC fused aluminum coil stock. The next step was to install American Classic Hidden ridge soffit system and custom bent PVC fused aluminum coil stock with extra hems and ridges to prevent any wavy looking fascia boards.

On the front of the home and side’s, Midwest Construction installed, Versetta Stone to give the home a new look. Last but not least Cedartouch Grain Plank Siding was installed to give the homeowners the look of real wood.
