Siding Project

Midwest Construction worked with this Rockford, Iowa homeowner. Nick Westphal, a Senior Exterior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction since 2005 used his Hover Design Tool to do some renderings so this homeowner could see what her new roof and siding project will look like before she made the final decision.

The Hover application helps our Reps with taking a few photos, Hover can create and accurately measure a 3D model of the home. The photos of your home are taken from a satellite, downloaded into our data base and the Exterior designer can create renderings with different colors and profiles of your home.

Once the siding profiles, trim colors and roof colors were picked, Nick went to work with our production managers and went over all of the details. The materials are ordered from the factories and 8 weeks later our crews were on the job.

The roofing crew was expedited first, they cleaned up the job site and the siding crew moved in to put the finishing touches on the home.

The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured. When the project was finished all of the construction debris and exta materials were hauled away.
