Siding Project

Midwest Construction takes pride in the challenge of restoring older homes from the late 1800s and early 1900s using high-quality vinyl building products like ProVia CedarMax Insulated Vinyl Siding.

For this 1900s home, our team transformed the exterior with ProVia CedarMax Insulated Horizontal and Board-and-Batten siding. Our Exterior Design Consultant, Levi Nelson, met with the St. Ansgar, Iowa homeowners to learn exactly what they envisioned in terms of colors and style.

The homeowners were excited to modernize the home’s look and were especially interested in incorporating Board-and-Batten siding. Levi photographed all four sides of the home and uploaded the images into our design app. Once those photos were processed and sent to Levi’s iPad, he began creating design options—adding colors, siding profiles, and elements that helped the homeowners confidently choose their final design.

Levi then worked directly with our siding production managers to order the materials. About eight weeks later, the homeowners had what felt like a brand-new house at the same familiar address.

Throughout the project, the job site was cleaned daily, and all tools were securely stored. Once the work was completed, the dump trailer and leftover materials were removed promptly. All Midwest Construction crews are fully insured for your peace of mind and comfort.
