These Ankeny, Iowa homeowners saw Midwest Construction on WHO TV and headed to our website. They filled out a quote request and set up a free consultation with Brian, one of our design specialists! They went over the design of the home and what products would best fit their needs to update the current siding, soffit, fascia and gutter system. Midwest Construction re-wrapped the windows and got rid of some of the outdated knee braces in the front of the house. We installed our ProVia CedarMax Insulated siding system to the home along with our custom seamless gutter system with oversized downspouts. During the siding installation, we noticed the board under the patio door were rotten. We removed the old deck boards, replaced some rotten sheeting, added the new insulation and siding and replaced the deck boards with fresh lumber. This house is so charming and now has some great curb appeal to boot! We are so glad they chose Midwest Construction!
