Midwest Construction removed the old shake siding from the home and hauled it away. Once the old shake siding was off the crew discovered some rotten sheeting. The homeowners were informed and a plan of action was put into place. Check for mold, replace the bad insulation, new sheeting and then the house walls were covered with Grip Tite House Wrap to prevent and water or air infiltration. ProVia Double Six Insulated Vinyl Siding and ProVia Shake was installed. All of the window and door trims have been covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock, All window and door openings have been taped off with Proteco Wrap to prevent any water and or air infiltration. All soffit and fascia have been covered with custom ProVia Soffit with custom bent aluminum fascia. The job site was cleaned up daily, all tools secured. Our gutter crew will be expedited with in two weeks of the siding completion.
