Midwest Construction to supply and install CedarMax Insulated Vinyl Siding System. Cover all soffit and fascia's on home with Black Soffit and custom bent black aluminum coil stock custom fascia. Black 5 inch seamless gutter with 3X4 Down Spouts. Custom build and install, ProVia Endure replacement windows. All window openings will be insulated with Boss Extreme Weather Foam. White interior and black exterior. Midwest Construction to cap exterior with vinyl fused aluminum in the color black. ProVia manufactured stone for the chimney and other areas of the home. Clean up all construction debris when job is complete.
