WOW! This house is one for the books. Levi went out to Dyersville to meet with the homeowners and design a new look for their home, and what a transformation it has been. This home is already such a beautiful shape, and has such a unique look. Pairing all the different textures and products was a great choice! Midwest Construction got rid of the outdated siding that was there and installed our ProVia CedarMax insulated siding system in not 1, but TWO of our profiles! The Single 7" Lap gives the look of a modern new build home, and the vertical Board & Batten gives it that timeless charm in just the right spots. We came in with our ProVia Stone and added accents around the front and on the garage. The black trim and capping work on the porch makes a statement that will definitely have the neighborhood talking, and we think... "If we remodel it... they will come."
