Our experience was great. Everything went very smoothly, from working with Troy on making decisions and getting our order made to the installation by Joe and Juan. All three of them, along with the folks we spoke to in their office, were very conscientious and pleasant to work with. It’s only been a couple weeks, but we are enjoying the windows a lot; no cold drafts and less road noise coming in. Plus we’re looking forward to lower electric bills.
