Midwest Construction, a 60 year old exterior remodeling contractor, with offices in Mason City and Grimes, Iowa had the opportunity to install EcoSmart Windows in a home in a historic neighborhood in Mason City, Iowa.
The home was built in the 1930’s and is in a historic neighborhood in Mason City, Iowa (River Heights Drive). It has some beautiful homes inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. From this house you can take the Meredith Wilson foot bridge and walk north into the neighborhood that features Frank Lloyd Wright homes.
Matt Kloberdanz met with these homeowners, answered all of their questions, showed them samples of the windows, including all of the parts and pieces of the windows, and carefully explained the installation process. After picking the interior woodgrain colors, Matt came up with an exact cost down to the penny. Matt was more expensive than those franchisee/licensee window companies because good things don’t come cheap and cheap things don’t come good anymore.
