Project Description
These Forest City, Iowa Farm Home Owners were interested in taking their farm porch that the previous owner enclosed with storm windows and storm door. They wanted to open the porch up again and wanted to be able to use it all year. Dustin, one of Midwest Construction's Exterior Design Specialist came up with a good solution. Use picture windows on the front of the porch to get as much unobscured look at their property and installed 2-Lite Sliding Windows on the ends to allow air flow in the spring and summer months.
Since the Custom Built Windows feature Energy Efficient Double or Triple Glaze Glass Systems, the new windows and doors from ProVia will keep the porch warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The Job site was cleaned up daily, all tools secured. When the project was completer, Midwest Constructions crew hauled away all of the construction debris.
