All Season Sunroom Project

From vision to reality, Midwest Construction delivered the room these homeowners had always dreamed of. Their project included a custom Oasis All-Season Sunroom, a new deck with landings, and a sleek Westbury Aluminum Railing System.

Alex Higgins, Senior Exterior Design Consultant, worked closely with the Cumming, Iowa homeowners to design a personalized Oasis All-Season Sunroom, complete with expanded deck space, landings, and stairs, all finished with Westbury Aluminum railings.

During construction, our sunroom crew discovered areas of rotten sheeting while removing the lower deck. They immediately documented the damage with photos, measurements, and a detailed material list, which were sent to the production manager to review with the homeowners.

The production manager promptly shared the photos, exact material costs, and estimated labor expenses for approval. Once approved, our crew made the necessary repairs and continued bringing the homeowners’ vision to life. For your peace of mind, all of our crews are fully insured. Throughout the project, the job site was cleaned daily and all tools were secured each night. When the work was completed, we hauled away the dump trailer and any leftover materials, leaving the property clean and ready to enjoy.
