I call and within one day the salesman got ahold of me and we set up a time to meet. I had called and stop at some places in my home town and only one got ahold of me after 3 weeks. Midwest is very easy to work with and they don't forget you . The installers was excellent no mess left behind . The Product is great also . I will only call Midwest for the others thing that I want done
