We always wanted a bay window in our dinning room and after saving our pennies we were ready I asked a friend at work who put his windows in and he had used Midwest. When the first windows arrived, they were the wrong size. Midwest Construction immediately contacted us and realized the mistake was their error. New windows were ordered and delivered asap.

Sean and Danny drove down from Mason City to our Des Moines location to replace all our windows. They were always prompt, friendly, and professional. They obviously cared about the quality of their work, checking with us each day about the progress, cleaning the site daily, and treating the home and landscape carefully. Love the look and quality of the windows! We would choose Midwest again.

My only complaint was a coffee cup that was on a counter in the garage near the electrical outlet the guys used was spilled, and no attempt was made to wipe up the spilled coffee from the floor or step stool, even though there was a roll of paper towels in plain sight of the spill.
