Every thing went great my installer was awesome communicated with me and always asked me if I had any questions.my sales rep always answered my call and questions.
Worth the wait.
Quality of workmanship was excellent. The project started on Dec 3 2018 and as of April 10 2019 is still not completed. The company is very busy, make your plans acordingly.

I have been meaning to write this for a while. My old deck came down and new beautiful cedar one up in ONE week by ONE amazing workman - Randy Black. I'm home all day so I saw the entire thing. He was in my drive by 7:45am and gone AT 5. This 2nd story deck with staircase/landing/plus removing part of a concrete sidewalk! He had to haul chunks UPHILL by hand to haul away! The man is an Ox, an amazing worker, and I have hired hundreds in my life. Midwest, as long as you keep Randy working, you deserve my business!!

Window install
Very satisfied with installation. Main installer very happy with, his help was not qualified or very professional. There were some quality issues that were taken care of and overall we are happy with experience.
