Poor communication and execution

I would not use Midwest Construction for a future project. A thirty thousand dollar sunroom came with a multitude of headaches, most caused by very poor communication from the company. Some folks I interacted with were great, but the sales person in particular dropped the ball on multiple things and if I hadn't been vigilant I think the project would have been extremely disappointing. Took two full months to finish, which includes the multiple "service trips" necessary to fix things after initial construction.

Good day Stephanie, Sorry it took a while to get back with you. I needed to pull your contract and service information. Your sales Rep did make a huge mistake when he sold you the sunroom. He didn't charge to finish off the back wall. You spoke with Andy about this and our company agreed to finish off the back wall. Alex did make the mistake and we stood behind him. As our installers was setting your roof he noticed some loose flaps and vents and brought that to your attention, your roofing contractor came out and made those repairs and then mentioned our crew did the roof attachment wrong. Andy scheduled a roofing contractor to stop out and inspect the work we had preformed and all agreed the shingles and flashing were installed correctly. Our company also provided a letter you wanted to guarantee the roof would not leak.The back wall was finished and the only other service I have in our system is the interlock rail on the patio door was loose. Entire team was professional and knowledgeable. From Alex, who explained the products and services offered, to Brett and Noah who completed the installations, they were all very friendly and skilled. Installation was performed earlier than originally scheduled and only took a couple hours. The team worked respectfully and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows look and perform great! I would highly recommend Midwest Construction over any other company.
