Midwest Construction did a great job. Shane was Always on time, courteous and professional. There were a few company errors but they were corrected without issue.
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive
I met Alex Higgins at the Iowa State Fair booth. Needed immediate help and input on a construction project that was having issues. He didn't know me from a hole in the wall, and yet quickly agreed to assist in any way he could. He was VERY considerate and (even though I am not well versed in construction lingo) didn't talk down to me (which some folks have done!) but spoke to me in clear language that I could use and report back. He had great input and confirmed my suspicions, and his suggestions and comments allowed for us to make quick adjustments in the very limited downtime. Alex was willing to use his own time to assist me and went above and beyond! I was so grateful that he was willing to share his expertise for no apparent gain - and especially with no guarantee that I would ever even be a client. Classy and considerate! (I sure hope everyone at this company is of the same caliber - he has set high expectations!) I will highly recommend Alex to all of my friends in the area - actually, I have already passed along his info to a couple of locals. ;) Kudos to Alex! Most sincerely, Susan

Midwest Construction provided excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling. The price was fair; the cost was actually lowerer than the original quote. We will use no one else!
Very satisfactory
One wrong window was ordered but was taken care of in a timely fashion. Crews seemed to know their stuff and worked diligently. Cleaned up work areas when they were finished.

Window replacement
Had two windows replaced. The two staff members were excellent and professional. Really pleased with their work. Would highly recommend Midwest Construction.
Excellent customer service!
Love the crew at Midwest Construction. They are very professional. They did a great job on our patio door, and the work site was left clean after they were done. It makes the room look so much better.
New Roof

window installation
windows look and function great. I was a little disappointed with the mess left by installer, other wise a very painless experience. would not hesitate to recommend to future customer.
Siding
Shon was the installer. He's very knowledgeable about steel siding and its installation long with the stone. He was able to adjust to modifications that were needed due to the limitations of the older home and previous up grades. As always it's important to check the make sure the caulking is adequate in also there is some discoloration to siding that needs to be evaluated by management. Rainy weather limited the ability of installers to proceed in a rapid manner.
